Cardboard Chair
The Cardboard Chair is a project I developed as part of my APSC 100 course at the University of British Columbia. This project involved designing and constructing a chair using cardboard, focusing on principles of engineering design. The goal was to create a functional and accessible piece of furniture while adhering to constraints such as weight, cost, and sustainability. This project not only enhanced my understanding of engineering design processes but also allowed me to explore innovative uses of everyday materials. The process was incredibly rewarding, being one of our first projects within our degree, and it provided a solid foundation for my future studies in engineering.
